Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive social impact and community development initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, local businesses, and Aviva colleagues
  • Convene and lead the Aviva Local Place Taskforce to drive implementation of social action plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for alignment and collaboration
  • Manage and develop the Business in the Community (BITC) relationship
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social impact, community development, and program delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve social impact goals
  • Strong analytical skills to assess local need and develop long-term strategies
  • Experience in measuring social impact initiatives and reporting against measures
