Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive social impact and community development initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, local businesses, and Aviva colleagues
- Convene and lead the Aviva Local Place Taskforce to drive implementation of social action plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for alignment and collaboration
- Manage and develop the Business in the Community (BITC) relationship
- Proven experience in social impact, community development, and program delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve social impact goals
- Strong analytical skills to assess local need and develop long-term strategies
- Experience in measuring social impact initiatives and reporting against measures
- Competitive salary circa £45,000
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary
