Key Responsibilities- Participate in all branch processes, ensuring seamless delivery of pharmacy services
- Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service
- Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medications and providing health advice
- Represent the company and interact with the community on a daily basis, promoting a positive image of our pharmacy
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle medications accurately
