Key Responsibilities- Deliver Training Excellence: Effectively deliver company standards regarding operation of MHE, ensuring seamless execution of training programs.
- Quality and EHS Expertise: Participate in employee training related to QHSE based on company standards, promoting a culture of quality and safety.
- Onboarding and Development: Deliver training during the onboarding process for new employees regarding QEHS standards, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Support and Collaboration: Provide cover and support to the Supervising Manager in respect of all QEHS trainings or retraining's during Launch phase, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Departmental Liaison: Liaise with all departments of the company, ensuring smooth cooperation and effective communication.
- Senior Staff Development: Cooperate in the training and development of senior staff and management, promoting leadership and expertise.
- Advice and Service: Provide advice and service to management on training and education, ensuring informed decision-making.
- HR Support: Support and collaborate with the HR department, ensuring effective recruitment and talent management.
- Documentation and Training: Process training documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Employee Training and Development: Collaborate in the training of employees as well as in the preparation of new employees for their work, ensuring QEHS standards are achieved.
- Business as Usual Activities: Support all Business as usual activities as required outside Launch activities, ensuring seamless operations.
- Training Experience: Previous experience in a Training position or senior Operational role delivering training within warehouse/distribution centre environments.
- EHS and Quality Knowledge: Proven knowledge of EHS and Quality standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Train the Trainer Qualification: Train the Trainer qualification (highly desirable although not essential).
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of basic quality standards, HSE standards, 5S, and experience in the logistics or automotive industry.
