About the Role

Talent Finder Jobs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations team and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Service Coordination: Accurately plan, coordinate, and communicate all field service activities, including managing engineer schedules.
  • Customer Communication: Prepare and send regular updates to our customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with our services.
  • Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and contract management.
  • Fleet Management: Assist with the management of our fleet, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and utilized.
Requirements
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess meticulous organizational abilities, with a proven track record of effective decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, internet, and data entry, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
