Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Admin Manager to join our team. As a Business Operations Admin Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks, including field service coordination, contract management, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately plan, coordinate, and communicate all field service activities, including managing engineer schedules.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, report preparation, and phone calls to customers and suppliers.
  • Manage contracts, making adjustments and processing renewals as needed.
  • Champion a mutually beneficial and positive business relationship with customers and colleagues.
  • Manage fleet vehicles and ensure they are properly maintained.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field service management, diary/appointment coordination, or similar time coordination tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other software applications.
  • Valid UK driving license.
