Key Responsibilities:
- Field Service Coordination: Accurately plan, coordinate, and communicate all field service activities, including managing engineer schedules.
- Customer Communication: Prepare and send regular updates to our customers, communicate with customers to support multiple departments, and help to champion a mutually beneficial and positive business relationship with customers and colleagues.
- Administration Tasks: Perform various administration tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and contract management.
- Fleet Management: Assist with fleet management, including making adjustments and processing renewals.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence: You must hold a full UK driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS Check: An Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken, and it is a requirement of the post that a clean DBS check be maintained.
