Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Facilitator to join our team. As a Business Support Facilitator, you will provide administrative support to various teams within the Aster Group, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding processes for suppliers and manage documentation
- Raise purchase orders, manage credit card payments, and utilize Concur
- Liaise with key leads to collect timely and accurate Subject Access Request data
- Arrange company-wide travel and accommodation bookings
- Manage systems, create and maintain spreadsheets, and respond to support requests via Service Now
- Order prints, sundries, and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Take accurate minutes for various meetings, including senior-level meetings
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with people from all levels internally and externally
- Previous minute-taking experience or excellent spelling and grammar
- Good computer literacy, especially in Microsoft software
- Ability to work flexibly and manage a diverse workload effectively
- Experience working towards tight deadlines
- Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes
