Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools, administrators, and decision-makers to secure new business. You will also be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and staying organized to manage your sales pipeline efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Develop strong connections with schools and administrators to identify new business opportunities.
    • Present our photography services and products to schools and decision-makers.
    • Closing deals and securing new business.
  • Customer Service
    • Work closely with our account holders and photographers to ensure a seamless experience for schools and parents from booking to delivery.
  • Sales Management
    • Manage your sales pipeline efficiently, keeping track of leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Brand Representation
    • Represent H Tempest at conferences and meetings to showcase our services and products.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience
    • Proven track record in sales, ideally in the education or school photography industry.
  • Communication Skills
    • Ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and build rapport with clients.

    • A proactive approach to work with the ability to manage your time and workload independently.
