We are seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to spearhead our cybersecurity initiatives. This pivotal role involves overseeing the leadership and operational management of our cybersecurity framework, encompassing technical security measures, governance, and risk management.

As a key member of the Technology Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with the Tech Services Director, CTO, Director of Product, and Director of Algo Underwriting to drive strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive alignment with our cybersecurity objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing a scalable and cost-effective cybersecurity vision and strategy.
  • Establishing a robust security infrastructure and governance framework to mitigate emerging threats and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Identifying potential cybersecurity partners and exploring business development opportunities to enhance client services and foster growth.
  • Working alongside the underwriting team to refine our understanding of cyber risk.
