Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play an essential role in developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing their market visibility and achieving organizational objectives. You will collaborate with various teams, utilizing diverse marketing channels to generate new business opportunities, meet enrollment and revenue goals, and support member retention initiatives.

Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Formulate and execute strategic marketing and communication plans to stimulate lead generation and drive revenue growth.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee marketing campaigns targeting non-member lead generation and enrollment for educational courses and programs.
  • Evaluate and refine campaign performance to align with marketing goals.

Database Management

  • Enhance and maintain the non-member database using HubSpot.
  • Conduct research, update, and segment non-member data to pinpoint key prospects.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and assess campaign performance metrics, offering insights for future enhancements.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Executive team with regular and ad hoc reporting.

Content Creation

  • Develop and review persuasive, high-converting copy for marketing materials.

Website Management

  • Ensure website content is accurate, SEO-optimized, and engaging, in line with brand standards.

Social Media Strategy

  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Executive to devise and implement social media strategies that enhance brand recognition and engagement.
