We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team as a tutor in Lancaster. As a tutor, you will play a vital role in bridging gaps in KS3 or KS4 pupils' education and boosting engagement and attainment levels.

At Prospero Teaching, our mission is to raise the standard of support given to vulnerable young people throughout the UK. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and holistic tutor who can provide academic support and guidance to students in a one-on-one or small-group setting, improving their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in KS3 or KS4 pupils' education
  • Boost engagement and attainment levels through personalized learning
  • Work with vulnerable, disengaged, and at-risk young people
  • Collaborate with our team to provide holistic support

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent or tutoring experience
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans
  • Passion for helping young people achieve their potential
