About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Project Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of various transformation projects, making a real difference to patient outcomes and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme Team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Assist in project planning, monitoring, and tracking progress to ensure projects remain on target.
  • Support local teams and stakeholders in delivering project plans, including taking the day-to-day lead on agreed initiatives.
  • Track and report progress and performance of multiple projects and tasks to required programme meetings.
Requirements
  • Qualifications at degree level through formal qualification or equivalent experience supported by extensive CPD portfolio.
  • Relevant previous work experience within a comparable role.
  • Previous experience of working within defined project management/secretarial/administrative procedures.
  • Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft office programmes.
  • Ability to present information logically to support action plans and programme objectives.
