Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme Team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and tracking progress to ensure projects remain on target.
- Support local teams and stakeholders in delivering project plans, including taking the day-to-day lead on agreed initiatives.
- Track and report progress and performance of multiple projects and tasks to required programme meetings.
- Qualifications at degree level through formal qualification or equivalent experience supported by extensive CPD portfolio.
- Relevant previous work experience within a comparable role.
- Previous experience of working within defined project management/secretarial/administrative procedures.
- Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft office programmes.
- Ability to present information logically to support action plans and programme objectives.
