Key Responsibilities:- Work in a full 360 capacity by calling, acquiring, and closing your own sales opportunities
- Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning and effective use of the sales cycle
- Eliminate objections using up-to-date market/product information
- Present unique solutions that save our customers time, money, and reduce their carbon emissions
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with future customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs
- Adhere to sales compliance rules at all times
- Accurately complete all customer details and sales information on our CRM system
- Consistently pursue and understand your pipeline
- Attend on-going training and coaching sessions
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
- Present daily forecasts of upcoming sales to your Team Manager
- Self-motivated and driven
- Significant outbound sales experience, preferably in the energy industry
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team to achieve targets
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure of targets and deadlines
- Full continuous training
