Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Negotiator

A leading specialist recruiter for the Property and Estate Agency sector is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Estate Agency, with a proven track record of success in sales negotiation and customer service. They will be confident, motivated, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will involve:

  • Booking viewings and attending viewings
  • Generating market appraisals and dealing with all enquiries
  • Registering applicants and negotiating offers
  • Viewing feedback and vendor care
  • Marketing and some administration
  • Sales progression and FS and Conveyancing referral generation

The successful candidate will have:

  • Several years of Estate Agency experience
  • A full UK driving license
  • General administration skills
  • Target driven attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polite and well-spoken
  • Strong local knowledge
  • Knowledge of Financial Services, Conveyancing and Surveys
