SALES NEGOTIATOR OPPORTUNITY

A highly sought-after role has become available at a thriving Independent Estate Agency in South Leicestershire, offering a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have several years of Estate Agency experience, a full UK driving license, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be target-driven, polite, and well-spoken, with a good knowledge of the local area and the property market.

The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for booking viewings, attending viewings, generating market appraisals, dealing with all enquiries, registering applicants, negotiating offers, viewing feedback, vendor care, marketing, some administration, sales progression, and FS and Conveyancing referral generation.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, enjoy a variety of tasks, and be able to work effectively in and out of the office. They will have a good understanding of the local property market and be able to provide excellent customer service.
