Estate Agency Sales Negotiator

A highly sought-after role has become available at a thriving Independent Estate Agency in South Leicestershire, offering a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team.
This Estate Agency is renowned for its strong reputation and commitment to growth, making it an ideal choice for a motivated and target-driven individual.
The ideal candidate will possess several years of Estate Agency experience, a full UK driving license, and excellent general administration skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a polite and well-spoken demeanor.
The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including booking viewings, attending viewings, generating market appraisals, dealing with all enquiries, registering applicants, negotiating offers, viewing feedback, vendor care, marketing, some administration, sales progression, and FS and Conveyancing referral generation.
The successful candidate will have a strong local knowledge and a good understanding of the local property market. They will be customer-focused, enjoy a variety of tasks, and be comfortable working in and out of the office.
