Energy Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Sales Consultant to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the energy sector, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Full 360 Sales Cycle: Call, acquire, and close your own sales opportunities.
- Opportunity Identification: Use effective questioning and the sales cycle to identify potential sales.
- Objection Handling: Overcome objections with up-to-date market and product information.
- Solution Presentation: Offer unique solutions that save customers time and money while reducing carbon emissions.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain trusted relationships with future customers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs.
- Sales Forecasting: Present daily sales forecasts to your Team Manager.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales comply with quality standards and sales compliance rules.
- CRM Accuracy: Complete customer details and sales information accurately in the CRM system.
- Pipeline Management: Consistently pursue and understand your sales pipeline.
- Training Participation: Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions.
- Self-Motivated and Driven: Demonstrates initiative in achieving targets.
- Outbound Sales Experience: Minimum of 1yr in a B2B sales position.
- Energy Sales Experience: Beneficial but not a requirement.
- Team Collaboration: Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
- Pressure Management: Ability to handle the demands of targets and deadlines.
