About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our Alarm Receiving Centre team as an Emergency Call Handler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their safety and well-being in times of crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming alarm and voice calls, assessing the situation and coordinating next steps to ensure customer safety
  • Use effective communication skills to build rapport with customers, providing reassurance and support in challenging situations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a 24-hour alarm response service is provided every day of the year
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
