Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Reed. As a Technical Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our development team and key stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into actionable user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with the development team to analyze and translate business requirements into user stories, facilitating amendments to existing solutions.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the development team, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • System Development and Integration: Maintain a high-level understanding of system development and integration processes, ensuring seamless integration of business systems.
  • Project Management: Utilize Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and management, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Test Script Development: Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of business solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Solutions Analyst, specifically with Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in writing acceptance criteria using Gherkin Methodology.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into user stories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with development teams and stakeholders.
  • High-level understanding of system development and integration.
  • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Test script development experience.
  • Public Sector industry experience.
