Position Overview:

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our vibrant procurement team. This role is crucial in our supply chain management, ensuring that materials and services are acquired in an efficient and cost-effective manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management: You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services essential for modular construction projects, ensuring both quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supplier Relations: Building and maintaining robust relationships with suppliers and subcontractors will be a key part of your role, where you will negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Inventory Control: You will oversee inventory levels and manage stock to avoid shortages or excess, ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites.
  • Cost Analysis: Conducting thorough cost analysis and market research to identify potential savings and ensure competitive pricing will be part of your responsibilities.
  • Contract Management: You will prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure the timely procurement of materials.
