About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate and Facilities Manager to join our team for an 18-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will be based in either Somerset or Wiltshire, with responsibility for covering workspaces in Hampshire and London.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of various projects, adhering to budgets and meeting timescales. They will also be responsible for leading a team of three direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the workspaces roadmap across the regions, including acquisitions, disposals, and refurbishments.
  • Ensure the safe, supportive, and inclusive nature of our workspaces.
  • Lead a team of three direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members and the wider business.
  • Travel to various locations, including Hampshire and London, to support the delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in Estate and Facilities Management, with a relevant degree and IWFM qualification (level 4 or above).
  • Nebosh General Certificate and RICS certification in CRE and FM.
  • Ability to work effectively in a wide geographic area, with a strong understanding of the requirements within each region.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
