Facilities and Compliance Manager

Twinings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Line Management: You will be responsible for the management of a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
- Utilities Management: You will be responsible for the management of all utilities on site, including electricity, gas, water, and waste management.
- Building and Infrastructure Management: You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all buildings and infrastructure on site, including roofs, walls, floors, and all mechanical and electrical systems.
- Contract Management: You will be responsible for the management of all contracts related to facilities and compliance, including maintenance and repair contracts.
- Budget Management: You will be responsible for the management of the facilities and compliance budget, ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for and that the budget is managed effectively.
- Waste Management: You will be responsible for the management of all waste on site, including general waste, recyclables, and hazardous waste.
- Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and compliance activities are carried out in accordance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Record Keeping: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all facilities and compliance activities.
- Stakeholder Management: You will be responsible for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Qualifications: You will have a formal qualification in a relevant field, such as building services engineering or facilities management.
- Experience: You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing facilities and compliance activities.
- Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge: You will have a thorough understanding of all relevant regulations and laws related to facilities and compliance.
