We are seeking an experienced Estate and Facilities Manager to join our team for an 18-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will be based in either Somerset or Wiltshire, with responsibility for workspaces in Hampshire and London, requiring occasional travel.
The successful candidate will lead a team of three direct reports, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of the workspaces roadmap across the regions. This includes acquisitions, disposals, and refurbishments, with a focus on providing safe, supportive, and inclusive workspaces.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of the workspaces roadmap across the regions
- Manage a team of three direct reports, providing leadership and guidance
- Ensure the delivery of acquisitions, disposals, and refurbishments
- Provide safe, supportive, and inclusive workspaces
- Substantial experience in Estate and Facilities Management
- Relevant degree and IWFM qualification, level 4 or above
- Nebosh General Certificate and RICS certification in CRE and FM
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
