At CV Library, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Team Manager to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our Commercial Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Commercial Services in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Account Representatives, ensuring adequate resource is in place daily and providing ongoing training and development through regular one-to-ones and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular team member performance reviews and provide coaching and employee development to ensure appropriate product, service, and commercial contract expertise exists within the team.
- Work with the Head of Commercial Services to identify skills required within the team to inform recruitment activities and drive business growth.
- Manage the complaints/query processes using appropriate software and ensure all are completed in line with agreed service levels.
- Build and maintain employee engagement and strong team behaviours of teamwork, drive for achievement, and customer focus.
- Review our service offering to look for improvement opportunities across our systems, processes, and procedures and support the day-to-day account activities across the team.
- Provide daily analysis of reports and statistics to drive business growth and identify opportunities for further digitalisation.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Team Manager with 2-5 years' experience managing teams within a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong commercial awareness and be comfortable with analysing and acting upon information to drive performance and cost reduction. You will be passionate about data and have a proven track record of delivering results in a data-rich environment.
