Bistrot Pierre - Midlands Team Member is a dynamic and welcoming restaurant team that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Duty Manager to join our team.

Our restaurant team plays a vital part in achieving this mission, and we are looking for a Duty Manager who can lead by example and drive service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure staffing levels are adequate for the shift and address any issues in a timely manner.
- Anticipate client needs and react to enhance client satisfaction.
- Be flexible to assist within other areas of the restaurant.
- Brief the front of house team on customer satisfaction and upselling targets.
- Maintain clear communication with the kitchen team to ensure they are ready for service and products are available.
