Job Summary

We are seeking a Catering Assistant to support our Catering Manager in delivering fantastic customer service, maintaining a clean and secure work environment, and upholding food safety and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support the Catering Manager in ensuring a high-quality service is provided to clients.
  • Undertake all mandatory and company training as required to maintain a high level of knowledge and skills.
  • Help maintain a clean, tidy, and secure work and customer area at all times.
  • Assist in preparing and serving food, and maintaining a safe and hygienic food handling environment.
  • Support the Catering Manager in maintaining accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
