Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Young's Pubs. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and food safety standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
