About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Radwell UK/Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
  • Manage sales opportunities from initial contact to closure, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resulting in successful sales outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective sales support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the industry, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new developments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
