About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Radwell UK/Canada. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage sales opportunities and perform all necessary tasks to turn opportunities into billable sales
  • Check inventory and fulfill orders as needed
  • Notify customers of price and delivery changes, and ensure all customer-supplied confirming orders are accurate
  • Assure all correspondences with customers are timely, efficient, and professional
  • Enter quotations and orders into the sales order processing system, and confirm all orders with customers
  • Proactively develop new business through outgoing customer calls and other means
  • Aid sales floor to obtain daily goals
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using email, the internet, Microsoft Office, and other computer tools
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills and ability to sell
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
