Field Sales Representative - Fibre Broadband

Join a dynamic team at First Recruitment Group - IT

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective residential customers to subscribe to our full fibre broadband network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in door-to-door sales in connected areas
  • Convince prospective customers to join our growing customer base
  • Maintain professionalism, confidence, and flexibility
  • Help customers find better broadband solutions
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships via phone and email

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with cold calling (in person or via telephone)
  • Able to prospect using various mediums (events, phone calls, door-to-door)
  • Patience and composure with challenging customers
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is advantageous
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Clean driving license and access to a reliable car for sales area travel
  • Full training is provided
