Job Summary

Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team. As a Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ordering supplier parts, and managing van stock. You will also participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota and provide recommendations to rectify faults and maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks within your area of expertise and skills set allocated by the Scheduler and/or appropriate manager.
  • Order supplier parts via purchase order line.
  • Manage van stock as required.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as designated.
  • Provide recommendations to rectify faults and maintenance issues.
  • Take measurements, estimate labour, and identify material requirements for follow-on works via the red reporting system.
  • Provide support to other trades when required.
Requirements
  • Competent experience in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical works.
  • Driving license required.
