A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading M&E Service Provider who are currently recruiting for a Resident Maintenance Engineer to work at a retail site based in East London. This role is offering a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum depending on experience. Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm. Job Role:
The role of the Resident Maintenance Engineer is to provide maintenance and repair services to the retail site. This includes:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the site is running smoothly
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with the site management team to identify and implement improvements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures
