Resident Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Resident Engineer to join our team at The Other House, a pioneering Residents Club in the heart of London. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Residence club and its systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire and life safety systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our residents and ensure a seamless living experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and an average of 42 hours per week.
