**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Governance and Projects Administrator to join our team at Utility People. As an integral part of our Market Governance Team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the Panel Secretariat calendar and inbox, coordinating event logistics and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Support the Market Governance Team in achieving project goals, including creating plans, tracking progress, and measuring activities against these plans using project management boards.
- Prepare project update meeting documents, review action items, and ensure their timely closure.
- Develop and share to-do lists, prioritizing tasks and assigning responsibilities to team members.
- Coordinate the management of market governance and program meetings, including agenda creation, timing, and action item tracking, with the production of clear and concise meeting minutes.
- Review and update the market governance sections of our website, ensuring timely publication of meeting documents.
- Manage the purchase order system on behalf of the Market Governance Team.
**Personal Profile:**
- Proven experience in providing administrative support to enable team members to effectively contribute to project delivery.
- A proactive and positive approach with a can-do attitude, demonstrating initiative and independence in work.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and other relevant software (Monday.Com, Sharepoint).
- Strong forward-planning skills and effective communication abilities to manage diaries of internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to multitask and manage priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Initiative and the ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
