About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our Building Safety team at Retinue Solutions. As a Project Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the team in demonstrating that residents in our high-rise buildings are safe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Building Safety Regulation team in gathering information about our buildings to ensure Landlord Certificates are accurate.
  • Manage incoming requests for Landlord Certificates, ensuring requests are completed within the set timescale.
  • Record Landlord Certificate performance for reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Organize and schedule monthly meetings, including minutes taking, support for building safety regulation, and share of Building Safety directorate team minute taking duties.
  • Raise Purchase Orders as required.
  • Co-ordinate key management system for high-rise buildings.
  • Support with gathering evidence for applications for accreditation, such as Building a Safer Future.
  • Provide general support to team members on various Building Safety Regulations tasks or projects as and when required.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of the importance of the requirements of the Building Safety Act on resident safety.
  • Dynamic co-ordination of own time and task.
  • Ability to work with others to obtain required information and action.
