Position Overview:
The Residential Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that this upscale property stands out as the premier residential establishment in South West London. This position is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and secure living environment while delivering exceptional customer service and personalized interactions with all stakeholders, in accordance with established service standards and operational protocols.
Every resident and visitor should experience a distinct level of service that makes them feel appreciated and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a representative of the property, providing outstanding customer service and assistance.
- Recognize and warmly welcome all residents and visitors, whether in person at the reception or through various communication channels.
- Assist the management team and estate staff during the transition process to ensure a smooth move-in and move-out experience for residents.
- Oversee the management of deliveries and collections for residents, ensuring timely notifications are communicated through the residence app and coordinating with security and estate personnel for package retrieval.
- Facilitate access requests for apartment keys through the designated key management system.
- Serve as a contact point for any inquiries regarding apartment defects or building management issues, escalating matters to the Customer Care or management team as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to build relationships and shared values.
- Provide residents with guidance and recommendations about the amenities available within the property and the surrounding South West area.
- Support the Amenity Hosts in managing the Residence Club, ensuring facilities are properly opened and closed, and that bookings made via the resident app are acknowledged and prepared for use.
- Assist with private events held in amenity spaces, coordinating with residents, guests, and external vendors.
- Excel in your role by adhering to our Service Pillars and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in emergency procedures, including fire evacuations, and fulfill duties as a Fire Marshal (training will be provided).
- Conduct regular inspections of the building, documenting any maintenance or safety concerns through the appropriate channels.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of communal systems and facilities, knowing the appropriate actions to take in emergencies or system failures.
- Support the implementation of the Building Safety Act 2022, ensuring the safety of all residents, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a residential concierge or customer-facing role.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
