Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Improvement Manager to join our Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving environmental sustainability across our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental sustainability and improvement methodologies. You will be responsible for facilitating, supporting, and increasing our organization's maturity in environmental sustainability through robust improvement processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist environmental sustainability advice and delivery across key priorities
  • Support the design and shape of improvement projects
  • Help develop improvement capability across the organization
  • Project manage key projects
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent experience in an environmental discipline
  • Improvement methodology training and experience
  • Postgraduate qualification in an environmental discipline
  • Project management qualification
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience using improvement methodologies for change projects
  • Numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Personal Qualities:
  • Ability to lead and work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex environment
