**Production Activity Coordinator**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Activity Coordinator to join our team at Innospec Inc. in Ellesmere Port. This is a One Year Fixed Term Staff Contract opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- **Coordinate Daily Operations**: Oversee daily shop floor activities to ensure production targets and daily output are met.
- **Optimize Workflow**: Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- **Monitor Production Progress**: Monitor production progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- **Ensure Adherence to Standards**: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environment standards.
- **Implement Shopfloor Management Programme**: Lead the implementation of shopfloor management programme to ensure daily operations organization is compliant with SHE requirements, equipment care, production, and customer needs.
- **Manage Inventory**: Manage inventory and movement of raw materials within designated area.
- **Coordinate with Supply Chain**: Coordinate with the supply chain and manufacturing logistic team to ensure timely material delivery.
- **Implement Inventory Control Measures**: Implement inventory control measures to optimize storage and minimize waste.
- **Raw Materials**: Ensure logistics planning of raw materials is aligned and adherent to production planning.
- **Product Despatches**: Ensure logistics planning of product despatches is aligned and adherent to production planning.
- **Product Repacking**: Ensure logistics planning of product repacking is aligned and adherent to production planning.
- **Waste Removal**: Ensure logistics planning of waste removal is aligned and adherent to production planning.
- **Isotanks Internal Arrangement**: Ensure logistics planning of isotanks internal arrangement is aligned and adherent to production planning.
- **Conduct Safety Checks**: Conduct safety checks and inspections within area.
- **Report Safety Hazards**: Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
- **Coordinate Maintenance**: Coordinate with maintenance and Shift Team Leader to schedule equipment repairs and maintenance.
- **On-Time Delivery**: Ensure on-time delivery of products.
- **Production Output**: Ensure production output meets targets.
- **Reduced Overtime**: Reduce overtime to minimize costs.
- **Stock Accuracy**: Ensure stock accuracy is maintained.
- **Inventory Turnover**: Ensure inventory turnover is optimized.
- **Reduced Stock Discrepancies**: Reduce stock discrepancies to minimize losses.
- **Timely Response**: Respond to production issues in a timely manner.
- **Effective Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with production teams and other stakeholders.
**Requirements**
- **Experience**: Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational, time management skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- **Inventory Control Principles**: Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
