  • Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation

  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environment standards
  • Lead the implementation of shopfloor management program to ensure daily operations are compliant with SHE requirements, equipment care, production, and customer needs
  • Manage inventory and movement of raw materials within designated area
  • Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing logistics team to ensure timely material delivery
  • Implement inventory control measures to optimize storage and minimize waste
  • Conduct safety checks and inspections within area
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately
  • Coordinate with maintenance and Shift Team Leader to schedule equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure production schedules are adjusted to accommodate planned maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong organizational, time management skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles
