Main Responsibilities

• Timesheet Management: Collect and verify timesheets from site supervision, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Supply Chain Support: Provide purchasing assistance for various contracts and projects, including obtaining quotations and placing orders.

• General SAP Administration: Perform tasks such as raising requisitions, managing the GRN process, and maintaining records within SAP.

• Organizational Support: Assist in the on-going hire process, update the POB tracker to reflect attendance levels, and perform general administrative duties as required.

Commercial Duties

• Estimate Production: Assist in the creation of estimates for maintenance, projects, or turnaround works.

• Commercial System Maintenance: Support the Commercial Manager in reviewing and updating current commercial systems and reports.

• Report Generation: Update and issue commercial reports to the Commercial Manager, Site Managers, and Project Managers.

• Variation Management: Assist in the production, monitoring, and submission of variations to original budgets.

• Key Performance Indicator Reports: Assist in preparing reports that track key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Previous contract administration or coordination experience within the Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry.

• Effective communication and computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Attitudes and abilities that align with the company's core values.

• GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent.

• Aspiring to fulfill a suitable Engineering or Commercial qualification.
