About the Role:

Majorplayers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our annual marketing plan, as well as managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Work closely with our sales team to attain new clients, retain existing ones, and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Brand Marketing: Ensure our brand is well-positioned in the market and effectively communicated to our target audience.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage our digital marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, and other online platforms, and present results to our clients on a monthly basis.
  • Marketing Collateral: Develop sales presentations, brochures, case studies, and other marketing materials to support our sales efforts.
  • External Communications: Manage our relationships with external PR agencies and ensure effective communication with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and leverage insights to inform our marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Background: A strong marketing background, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Brand Experience: Experience working with brands and developing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Proven track record of generating leads and developing annual marketing plans.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute campaigns effectively.
