  • Assist in the management and performance of subcontractors, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Manage the preparation and agreement of applications for payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Prepare project cost and value reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the management and development of junior commercial staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and innovations, participating in external networking, conferences, and associations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Undertake additional duties, training, and/or hours of work as required, consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
  • Promote a positive image of the department and MWH Treatment, maintaining mutually constructive, positive, and beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained, adhering to company policies and procedures.
