HR Adviser

Bromsgrove, Hybrid

Brite Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled HR Adviser to provide proactive and efficient HR support to the business. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing HR support to the business, including ER case management, performance management, and HR admin tasks.
  • Delivering training to line managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Leading on maternity/paternity/shared parental leave, including meetings and letter drafting.
  • Managing flexible working requests, exit interviews, probation reviews, and the induction process.
  • Liaising with hiring managers to ensure that hours, overtime, and holiday are processed in line with the payroll deadline.
  • Ensuring the implementation of wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives, supporting managers as needed.
  • Producing, interpreting, and analysing management information related to staff turnover, sickness absence, leavers, new starter surveys, diversity & inclusion, etc.
  • Adopting a coaching and mentoring approach to develop line managers' competence.

To be considered for the role of HR Adviser, you must have:

  • Proven HR experience, with a focus on ER cases in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings to support the night shift (once or twice a month).
  • A working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices and legislation.
  • Experience with HR and payroll systems.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
