About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Arts Support Specialist to join our team at Castle Fine Art & Washington Green. As a key member of our Gallery Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Regional Area Directors to develop and implement gallery curation and display strategies, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and sales objectives.
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, providing expert support to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales enquiry support, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Gallery Services to analyze sales data, identify trends, and inform forward planning.
  • Support the planning and execution of artist launches and national events, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Proven experience in using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Awareness of and ability to adapt to changing priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
