Job Summary

We're looking for Wellbeing Support Workers to join our team in Headington, Oxford. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live their best lives at home. You'll provide assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship, all while promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with daily tasks, such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to individuals in their own homes
  • Transport individuals to appointments and social activities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support and care

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14 for time spent supporting individuals in their homes and £12 for other hours
