Main Job Duties

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, collect patient data, and handle private service charges.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer care, resolve patient issues, and handle sensitive situations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prescription Management: Process requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Pathology Follow-up: Follow up on abnormal test results to ensure timely communication with patients.

  • Facilities Management: Maintain supplies and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Other Tasks: Support practice procedures, ensure compliance with policies, and promote inclusivity.

  • Qualifications: Good education or relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience: Working with the public, keyboard skills, and understanding of patient needs.
