Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Beacon Medical Group.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Job Duties- Front Desk Operations: Manage patient flow, process appointment requests, and direct patients to appropriate services.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare agencies, and our practice team.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, collect patient data, and handle private service charges.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer care, resolve patient issues, and handle sensitive situations.

Job Responsibilities- Prescription Management: Process requests accurately and efficiently.
- Pathology Follow-up: Follow up on abnormal test results to ensure timely communication with patients.
- Patient Registration: Explain and complete registration procedures to ensure seamless patient onboarding.
- Facilities Management: Maintain supplies and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Other Tasks: Support practice procedures, ensure compliance with policies, and promote inclusivity.
- Qualifications: Good education or relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience: Working with the public, keyboard skills, and understanding of patient needs.
- Skills: Communication, computer literacy, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving.
