About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Service Coordinator to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our Administration department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients and visitors, ensuring they have the necessary paperwork and ID.
- Book appointments, admissions, and patient referrals, and respond to general enquiries.
- Process mail, manage car parking pass allocation, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team during periods of high pressure and staff shortages.
Requirements
- Strong administration experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Proficiency in using internal clinical systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Commitment to providing a high standard of work, with a focus on patient satisfaction.
