Job Summary:

Reed is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join their team in supporting the busy Marketing Department of a leading manufacturer in the industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute marketing projects, including the creation of a social media calendar, updating and refreshing the company website, SEO, supporting the organization of trade shows, content creation, public relations, and both online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Write and develop content for the website, blogs, social media, public relations, and other marketing materials.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update the website, including search engine optimization.
  • Social Media Management: Coordinate social media activities, including the creation of a social media calendar.
  • Marketing Project Coordination: Responsible for planning and implementing marketing projects.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work alongside and provide support to the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Creative Asset Development: Conceptualize and produce creative assets for online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Marketing Materials Development: Coordinate and design the development of marketing materials and videos.
  • Trade Show Support: Support with the organization of trade shows.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze digital performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Desirable Skills:

  • B2B Marketing Experience: Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in working for a manufacturing business.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to take a hands-on approach as needed.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Sound understanding of various social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Initiative and Enthusiasm: Demonstrated enthusiasm with a proactive initiative.
  • Language Skills: Any foreign language skills.
  • Professionalism and Work Ethic: High standards of professionalism and work ethic with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in daily tasks and training.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Skills: Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
