About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Study Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing leads, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service to our students and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of leads and sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets and business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase student enrollment and revenue
  • Provide education advisory discussions with students, parents, and school stakeholders to advise on our portfolio of products
  • Manage student information and applications through our CRM system, SalesForce, and maintain accurate records
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including admissions and visa compliance teams
  • Deliver high-level customer service and attention to detail in addressing student and parent inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for business development and marketing

About You

  • Proven experience in a sales-related role within the education industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and education system
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPIs
  • CRM knowledge and experience with SalesForce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, attitude, and desire to be a first-class sales professional
