Position Overview
We are currently in search of a Senior Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our Assets and Sustainability Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of the Assets and Adaptations communication channel, ensuring timely responses and organized correspondence.
  • Engage with customers to gather necessary information for legal disrepair matters.
  • Assist in the collection of transactional data.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including the creation of purchase orders, drafting and dispatching correspondence, electronic document management, and providing project support to the Asset and Sustainability team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess robust administrative capabilities, with a proven track record in utilizing various Microsoft Office applications effectively.
